Synopsis
Feature film in the form of a mockumentary where a journalist investigates a ritual called “La Siega” in a remote village. The satire on fame turns into a nightmare about the sacrifices of success.
Head of makeup and hairdressing
Department Head and Conceptual Design: Integral leadership of the Makeup and Hairdressing department. Image design for a multiplicity of characters (main actors, extras, and public figures in cameos), guaranteeing the aesthetic coherence of the entire feature film. Styling for Mockumentary (Dirty Realism): Execution of imperceptible makeup techniques (no-makeup makeup) to simulate the raw texture of a documentary shoot, as opposed to the artificial glamour that the film itself criticizes. Massive Continuity Management (Raccord): Exhaustive control of hair and facial continuity in a very extensive ensemble cast, shooting in disparate locations (Castilla-La Mancha and Barcelona) and under complex production schedules.
